Christopher spent over 30 years as an Area Manager at Nationwide Building Society, developing extensive expertise in leadership, customer service, financial oversight and regional management. His experience underpins the company’s strong governance and customer-first ethos.
Simonetta served as the Chief Development Officer and sales expert at CPM Group, working with international clients on a daily basis. Her commercial acumen, negotiation expertise and client relationship skills ensure the business continues to grow while maintaining exceptional service and communication standards.
Thomas currently works in one of the UK's leading Property Development and Investment firms in London as an Asset Manager overseeing a £17 million mixed-use portfolio. His professional background includes contractor oversight, tenant relations, operational asset management and value enhancement strategies - expertise that ensures every property is maintained to the highest standards and managed with professionalism and precision.
James is a specialist in operations, having served as Operations Manager for both OTO CBD and DASH Water before transitioning into an Asset Finance Specialist role in Sydney. His experience in scaling operations, logistics management and financial structuring ensures efficiency and operational excellence across the portfolio.
